Acts 2007, 80th Leg., ch. 255 § 4 amended ch. 102, Texas Cancer Council, Agency 527, as ch. 102, Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas upon voter approval of HJR 90 on November 6, 2007.
Agency 527 will remain in effect to process encumbrances through June 30, 2008. Effective July 1, 2008, agency 542 will be used to process all future activity.
