Continued by S.B. 360, 75th Leg., R.S. Governor vetoed all appropriations for FY04 and FY05 and transferred duties to the Texas Workforce Commission, Agency 320, by Executive Order. No further funding received. Texas Workforce Commission closed out program and prepared financial reports through FY05. Future reporting will be handled by Comptroller -- State Fiscal, Agency 902.
