The 66th Legislature abolished Agency 805 and transferred all records and inventory to Agency 303 who turned over operation of the Battleship Texas to TPWD, Agency 802. The 67th Leg., R.S., enacted S.B. 514, which re-established Agency 805 as a separate agency. H.B. 586, 68th Leg. abolished the commission and transferred the Battleship to TPWD, Agency 802, effective 9-1-83.
