• Driving safety provider license
• Course provider license
• Annual renewal
• Provider directors and assistant director/administrative staff instructor license
• Change of address or name change
• Duplicate license
• Certificate of course completion
• Approval of driving safety course not evaluated by the board
• Regulating adult driver education courses
• Change of ownership
• Course provider for deaf and hard of hearing students
• Driver education instructors (teachers, teaching assistants, supervising teachers)
• Motorcycle schools, instructors, and instructor training provider licenses

Processing fee before starting operations. License fees done annually.

S.B. 616, 86th Leg., R.S. transferred motorcycle education program from the Department of Public Safety to the Department of Licensing and Regulation, effective 9/1/2020.
