Description


The holder of a brew pub license may establish, operate or maintain one or more licensed brew pubs in this state and shall pay the fee assessed by the commission for each establishment. The annual state fee for a brew pub license is set by the commission.

Effective 9/1/2021, H.B. 1545, 86th Leg., R.S. removed the $500 fee amount and replaced with a fee set by the commission.
