Description

The court may enter orders for attorney's fees and costs in the enforcement proceeding under the child support and parent/child provisions. If the court requires preparation of a child custody evaluation prescribed by §107.103 of the Family Code, the court shall award a reasonable fee for preparation. The fee shall be taxed as costs.
