Description


This code is used to deposit all revenue received from rents paid by state employees for state-owned housing.

Notes


For receipts from rental of state property other than for housing of state employees, see revenue code 3747.

Originally added per General Appropriations Act, H.B. 1, 75th Leg., R.S., sec. 178. This required each agency reporting employee housing to the General Land Office (GLO) to recover a percentage of the established fair market rental value from employees. This rider was amended in the General Appropriations Act, S.B. 1, 83rd Leg., R.S., sec. 11.04 to remove the GLO reporting requirement.
