To record the quarterly transfer of dedicated fuels tax receipts from General Revenue Fund (0001) to the funds identified above.
The 7912/3902 transfer for enforcement of a portion of fuels tax receipts represents was from GR to unappropriated GR. The transfer was formerly deposited to the Comptroller's Operating Fund Account (0062). The account was abolished per §403.094, Government Code, effective 08/31/1995.
