Purpose
To record the distributions made from the total return on all investment assets of the Permanent School Fund (0044) to the Available School Fund (0002) by the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation and from the Permanent University Fund (0045) to the Available University Fund (0011) by the University of Texas.
