Previously used to allocate excess funds to the Foundation School Account (0193) from September 1 thru May 30 of each calendar year and represent additional transfers from the 75% portion of occupation taxes per art. VII § 3, Texas Constitution if the distribution under R/C 3911 is insufficient to make the required monthly distribution. After this transfer from the 75%, any remaining amounts were transferred back to General Revenue Fund (0001).

These funds are excess dedicated funds available in the General Revenue Fund (0001) after required distribution and subsequent priority allocations to the Teacher Retirement Systems Trust Account (0960) and Optional Teacher Retirement Program Trust Account (0001)

Inactivated June 2018 to reflect change of process in allocation of occupation tax revenue to Foundation School Account 0193.
