Purpose
To record the transfer of unclaimed lottery prize money not to exceed $20 million each year, subject to appropriation, to the GR Account - State Owned Multicategorical Teaching Hospital (5049).
Not more than $5 million in prize money each year may be appropriated to the Health and Human Services Commission and used to support the provision of in-patient hospital services.
To record remainder to GR Account 0193 - Foundation School.
Not more than $5 million in remaining prize money less amount deposited in the fund under 7922/3922 for the game benefitting veterans shall be deposited to the Fund for Veterans' Assistance (0368) each year.
