Purpose
To record the transfer of money held in trust or suspense to a statutory fund or account.
Note
7993/3993 previously used in loading initial balances into the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) at 9-1-93. These codes were used by the Comptroller of Public Accounts only for USAS initial load.
7994/3994 previously used to report consolidated fund balances in FACTS at 8-31-93 prior to conversion to USAS.
7995/3995 previously used for financial reporting purposes, to record amounts transferred from controlling to non-controlling agencies for shared funds, except GR.
