Description


To record payment to the Employees Retirement System for members employed on or before 8-31-09 and who are receiving service credit for sick leave that has accumulated and is unused on the last day of employment as authorized by TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN.§ 813.509 and the rules of the Employees Retirement System.
