Description


To record payment for expenses of renting or leasing an apartment or house when a state agency is conserving state funds in lieu of using another type of commercial lodging establishment. This code shall be used when the rental or lease is 30 days or longer. "Expenses of leasing an apartment or house" includes items necessary to make the apartment or house livable such as furniture rental and utility charges.



Notes


This code does NOT include in-state or out-of-state meal expenses (7106, 7116).
