To record construction engineering expenditure costs for the supervision, inspection, and interpretation of plans and specifications as well as the formulation of engineering decisions during the period that a project is under construction.

Expenditure code 7398 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • TxDOT Toll Road Expenditures -- Construction Engineering
