Description


To record payment for the rental or charter of aircraft when the rental/charter is subject to approval by the Texas Department of Transportation (formerly the State Aircraft Pooling Board).

Expenditure code 7445 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Aircraft (rental -- long or short term)
  • Helicopter (rental)


Notes


This code does NOT include:

  • Rental of aircraft exempt from approval by TxDOT (7443)
  • Charter of aircraft from TxDOT (7444)
