To record the principal of an advance made from the Texas Enterprise Fund to a business entity for the purposes of economic development, infrastructure development, community development, job training programs and business incentives.

RESTRICTED: This code may be used only by the Governor-Fiscal, Agency 300.
Any advance will be reclassified to a grant as requirements are met.
