Purpose
To record the transfer of monies in the Available School Fund (0002) to the State Technology and Instructional Materials Fund (0003) to provide free textbooks for the use of children attending public free schools. Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation transfers 50% of the biennial amount of the Permanent School Fund (0044) distribution to the Available School Fund into the State Technology and Instructional Materials Fund.
