Description


To record payments made by agencies and institutions of higher education computed as a percentage of base salaries paid as established in the General Appropriations Act.


Notes


The calculation of base salary excludes longevity pay, hazardous duty pay, benefit replacement pay, overtime pay, and other payments that are not part of the base salary of the employee.
This code does NOT include:
Employee Insurance Payments/Employer Contribution (7041)
Components of or within the University of Texas and Texas A&M Systems
