Description


To record payment for information technology services that are not subject to consulting services laws. These services include computer programming, web design and programming, and other information technology services, including non-consultant IT staffing to perform a similar or same service as in-house personnel.

Expenditure code 7275 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Computer Programming
  • Disk Conversion
  • IT Services
  • Web Design
  • Web Hosting
  • Web Programming Services

  • Consulting services for information technology (7242)
  • Software maintenance or repair (7262)
  • Computer equipment maintenance or repair (7267)
  • Computer usage fee (7284)
  • Internally generated or customized software - capitalized (7390)
