Description

To record payment for the purchase of land as authorized by law.

When purchasing land with buildings, the cost of the building is coded separately from the land (7342).

Expenditure code 7345 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Commissions (purchase of land)
  • Land (purchase)
  • Professional Fees (purchase of land)

Notes

This code does NOT include:

  • Land/Highway Right-of-Way (7348).
