To record the payment for long distance telephone charges to:

  • Southwestern Bell
  • Other private companies
  • AT&T

 

Expenditure code 7503 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Bulk-billed Long Distance (includes WATS lines)
  • Discounted Long Distance Service
  • FAX Charges (telephone, long distance)
  • Telephone conference calls (long distance)
  • WATS Line


Notes


This code does NOT include:

  • STS (7961) must be submitted on Interagency Transaction Voucher
  • Capital Complex Transfers (7962) must be submitted on Interagency Transaction Voucher
