Description


To record payment by the Department of Information Resources (DIR) for communication technology services rendered to the Statewide Telecommunications Network under contracts acquired in accordance with TEX. GOV'T CODE Chapter 2170 or similar law.

Expenditure code 7293 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Statewide Telecommunications Network
  • Telecommunications Network


Notes


The statewide telecommunications network program was transferred to DIR by S.B. 311, 77th Leg., R.S. This code does NOT include payments to Department of Information Resources from individual agencies using STS (7961).

RESTRICTED: This code may be used only by the Department of Information Resources Agency 313.
