Description


To record the payment of salaries of classified and non-classified individuals employed on a regular basis for 40 hours per week.


Notes


This code does NOT include:

  • Salaries for permanent part-time employees (7003)
  • Personnel who are non-permanent full time employees of the state (7004)
  • Salaries for twice a month payroll (7016)

RESTRICTED: This code may NOT be used by Institutions of Higher Education.
