Description


To record the payment of wages and salaries for individuals employed on a temporary or seasonal basis for 40 hours per week


Notes


This code does NOT include:

  • Salaries for non-permanent part-time employees (7005)
  • Salaries for permanent full-time employees (7002)
  • Salaries for twice a month payroll (7016)

RESTRICTED: This code may NOT be used by Institutions of Higher Education.
