To record the payment of employee surety bond premiums when required by the Texas Constitution, federal law or regulation, or by court order, or when approved by the State Office of Risk Management (SORM). This code requires legal descriptive text and pre-payment audit approval by SORM.
Expenditure code 7205 includes, but is NOT limited to:
- Employee Bonds
- Honesty Bonds
- Peace Officer Bond
- Surety Bond
