Description


To record payment of incentive bonuses made to retailers based on sales volume or other objectives specified by the director or lottery operator for each type of lottery as authorized by TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 466.358. Prior to 9-1-07 the code included payments for commissions paid to retailers based on the retailers' sales volumes (7260).



Notes


This code does NOT include:

  • Retailer Commissions (7260)

RESTRICTED: This code may be used only by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Agency 452.
