To record the payment of installment prizes by the Texas Lottery Commission. Prior to 9-1-01, installment payments made subsequent to the initial year of installment payments were charged to 7929.

Installment payments are frequently processed from funds held in the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company, or occasionally from funds held by other state's multi-state lotteries, and then reimbursed with Appropriated Fund 5025-GR Account Lottery (held in the treasury).

This code does NOT include:

• Bonuses paid to retailers (7207)
• Prize payments made in lump sum (7208)
• Retailer Commissions (7260)
