To record the Parental Notification Act expenditures for court ordered costs and ad litem expenses as provided for in TEX. FAM. CODE ANN. Section 33.007. Costs could include any attorney ad litem, guardian ad litem, costs of court associated with the application or appeal, and any court reporter's fees incurred under the parental notification act.
RESTRICTED: This code may be used only by the Department of State Health Services, Agency 537 or the Health and Human Services Commission, Agency 529 .
