Description


To record the payment of a consulting service contract which requires pre-payment approval from the Office of the Governor as authorized by Subchapter B, Chapter 2254, TEX. GOV'T CODE.

Expenditure code 7239 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Consultant Services (approved by Governor's Office)


Notes


This code does NOT include:

  • consultant services -- computer (7242)
  • consultant services provided by other state agencies (7240)
  • other consulting services not requiring approval by the Governor (7240).
