Expenditure code 7503 includes, but is NOT limited to:
- Bulk-billed Long Distance (includes WATS lines)
- Discounted Long Distance Service
- FAX Charges (telephone, long distance)
- Telephone conference calls (long distance)
- WATS Line
Note
This code does NOT include:
- STS (7961) must be submitted on Interagency Transaction Voucher
- Capital Complex Transfers (7962) must be submitted on Interagency Transaction Voucher
