Description


For USAS higher education reporting only to record expenditures from local bank accounts which appear in the Annual Financial Report. Code should be used only if the expenditure cannot be accurately classified into one of the existing Comptroller object codes.


Notes


RESTRICTED: May be used only by institutions of higher education with Appropriated Fund 9999, Funds Held Outside the Treasury, and only to record non-cash transactions.
