Description


To record the payment of grants-in-aid for the Foster Care Program by the Department of Family and Protective Services, Agency 530, and other foster care provided by the State.

This code includes but is NOT limited to all Foster Grandparent expenses, including those for programs operated by the Department of Aging and Disability Services, Agency 539 and the Health and Human Services Commission, Agency 529.

Expenditure code 7672 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Foster Care
  • Foster Grandparents
  • Grants-in-Aid (foster care)


Notes


This code does NOT include day care for wards (7325).

Payments made under this object code are not subjected to payment holds because the payments generally are partly or wholly federally funded.
