Description


To record the distribution and/or return of trust or suspense monies as required by law for the remuneration of an individual paid by a private person through a state agency. Distributions made under this code are exempt from certain types of payment holds. See TEX. GOV'T CODE § 403.055(d)(2).

Expenditure code 7903 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Trust Payment -- Remuneration by Private Party

RESTRICTED: This code may be used only by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Agency 696, for distributions from trust Fund 0984-Parolee Court Ordered Restitution Trust Fund.
