Purpose
Account in the General Revenue Fund to receive revenues from Special Olympics Texas license plates. Annual fee, in addition to other fees of $30. Deposit $22 to this account and the remainder to the State Highway Fund (0006). Annually, the department shall distribute money deposited to the account to Special Olympics Texas to be used only to pay for costs associated with training and with area and regional competitions of the Special Olympics Texas.
