Additional $30 fee paid for special Texans Conquer Cancer license plates. Deposit $22 to this account and remainder to State Highway Fund (0006). Account may also receive gifts and grants. Used to make grants to nonprofit organizations that provide support services for cancer patients and their families and to defray costs of administration.
