Purpose
A fee not to exceed $50 for an heirloom birth certificate and a fee of $50 for an heirloom wedding anniversary certificate shall be charged by the department. 50% of the fees are deposited to this account. Money in the account may be used only to make grants to fund childhood immunizations and related education programs. The remaining 50% is deposited to the General Revenue Fund (0001).
