Purpose

To facilitate department operation, money may be transferred from any account for personal services, travel, consumable supplies/materials, operating expenses and capital outlay and used for purpose for which appropriations are made.

Disposition of Balance	Accumulative if renewed in succeeding legislative session. This balance is accountable to the source of the receipt or transfer fund as the authorization for this account terminates upon expiration of the appropriation authority.
