Origin:

Purpose
Created in General Revenue to receive license plate fees. In addition to other fees, an additional annual fee in the amount of $30 for each set of plates shall be charged for specially designed "Read to Succeed" license plates. Of the total, $22 shall be deposited to the account and used for the purpose of providing educational materials to public school libraries. The remainder to be used for administration. Donations may also be made to the account.
