Purpose
To deposit construction amounts from proceeds from the sale of bonds. The fund is to be applied to any project construction costs and issuance costs in excess of amounts available in the cost of issuance fund. Arbitrage rebate amount to be transferred to the Rebate Fund (No. 7312).
