Purpose
If as a result of any event of damage, destruction, or condemnation the Commission desires to restore any portion of any Project with the proceeds of any insurance claim or condemnation award, such amount shall be deposited to this fund. The comptroller shall treat and administer the restoration fund as if it were the Project fund in all aspects. Any money remaining after the completion of restoration of the applicable project, shall be transferred to the Trustee for deposit to the revenue fund.
