Purpose
A trust fund outside the state treasury held with the comptroller. Administered by the State Cemetery Committee (State Preservation Board).
Consists of transfers, appropriations, gifts, donations and interest earnings. Used to maintain, renovate, and preserve the State Cemetery. Can be used to acquire land in close proximity to the State Cemetery for cemetery expansion.
