Purpose
To hold in trust money collected by Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Pardons and Paroles from parolees when convicting court has ordered the parolee pay restitution to the victim as a condition for release. Pardons and Paroles Division will subsequently disburse such payments to individual or firm to which the restitution due. Restitution amount established by convicting court.
