Purpose

Established to receive money collected by the commission, including application processing fees of NLT $500,000 collected to recover costs, annual fees and any fees necessary to administer. Commission may transfer money to GR Account -- Perpetual Care (No. 5096) to pay refunds under § 401.303 and costs under § 403.006.
