Purpose

This fund is created to hold cash, surety bonds, and other negotiable instruments payable in favor of the state and held for the benefit of any members of the health spa who suffer financial losses due to the insolvency or cessation of operation of the health spa. Amount determined by the Secretary of State NLT $20,000 or more than $50,000 and reviewed every 3 years to determine sufficiency.
