Purpose
An account in general revenue to fund specialty court programs established under Chapter 122, 123, 124, 125, or 129 Government Code. May only be appropriated to the Governor’s criminal justice division for distribution to local court programs. Receives court costs and civil penalties collected on intoxication and drug convictions.
