Purpose

Fund consists of pesticide registration and permit fees (revenue object 3410 - Agriculture Registration Fees - Pesticide). Maximum deposit of these fees is $400,000 annually. Used for pesticide waste and the collection of canceled, unregistered, or otherwise unwanted pesticide products and pesticide containers.
