Purpose

To record proceeds from sale of bonds and sale, transfer, lease of facilities or unappropriated public waters stored in facilities. To aid political subdivisions and nonprofit water supply corporations for conservation projects, development of water resources; acquisition and development of water storage facilities; filtration, treatment and transportation of water; enlargement of reservoirs. Includes State Participation Account within the fund.
