Purpose
Fund may be used only to provide state matching funds for federal funds; financial assistance to water supply corporations; financial assistance to participants for construction of water supply projects and treatment works that involve the distribution of water and wastewater to retail customers; financial assistance for an interim construction period to participants for projects for which the Board will provide long-term financing through the water development fund; financial assistance for water supply and sewer service projects in economically distressed areas; and to provide funds to Water Infrastructure Fund (0302). The Board may issue revenue bonds to provide money for the fund.
