Purpose
An account in general revenue used for the veteran’s recovery program providing hyperbaric oxygen treatment to veterans. Allowable expenses include program administration, diagnostic testing and treatment, and veteran travel and living expenses to obtain treatment. The account consists of gifts, grants, donations, interest and reimbursements from the federal TRICARE program.
